The girls preschool class put on a wonderful Christmas performance! Each child got to choose a animal from the night Jesus was born to be in the play. The twins both chose to be a cow in the Christmas play and they looked so adorable in their handmade costumes! They both did a wonderful job doing the animal portion of the show but when it came to the song part Savanna started to become shy and wanted to stay by me. I think Ella saw what Savanna was doing and decided to join us in the crowd as well. At least they did most of their play by then and it was almost finished at that point. I am so proud how far they have come with being on the shy side. They are getting better with each age but still have their moments. After the show was over we collected a lot of handmade goodies including handmade ornaments, homemade nativity scenes, other Christmas projects and goodies. We then went out to eat and lunch and headed home to relax. What a fun morning to celebrate the reason for the season and to see the girls enjoy being a part of that special night in such a special way!
