Mermaids!

Recently, the girls saw the Sofia The First mermaid movie on tv.  Ever since, they have been pretending to be mermaids in dress up clothes but also when they take a bath.  They say to me "mommy what do you see?"  Then they always follow that by saying, "a mermaid?"  It is cute to see then using pretend play now that they are older.  This is also weird to see them using a different costume than usual.  I'm so use to them wearing Cinderella and Snow White all the time (literally everyday, with crown and all).  I think they are finally ready for some other princess costumes.  Good thing Christmas is around the corner.  Thank goodness for dress up clothes because without getting out of the house much it's nice to have a distraction to keep them busy!

Oh Addison!

We are trying to stay warm inside while the weather around here gets colder and colder!  The twins looked so cute in their Christmas nightgowns that I had to take some pictures.  Savanna especially was being such a ham!  Addison wasn't really into the pictures but I had to take some of her in the Santa hat.  It was a pajama kind of day!

My good friend Sam, who owns a photography business, took some pictures of Addison at two weeks old.  I just got the cd and had to share some of the pictures.  I love the basket pictures of her and I was happy that we got some pictures of the family with her that we didn't get in the hospital pictures.  I have so many good pictures it's going to be hard to decide which ones to frame!

Addison is one month old today!  She is getting so big everyday.   I can really tell she is getting bigger in her cheeks.  They are really starting to fill out!  Our little peanut is getting bigger day by day.  Here is a little update on Addison below.

At one month old:
You weigh 7.25 pounds and are 20.5 inches long
You love your rock and play sleeper, it's the only thing you sleep in at night

Wear size newborn clothes and diapers, some 0-3 month sleepers
Can move your head side to side, so strong!
