Corn Pit!

Over the weekend we went to Malta, IL.  to visit an apple orhard.  The girls really like to pick flowers and tomatoes around the house so I knew they would love picking apples. They had a blast!  We couldn't stop them once they got started!!!  For the first time they ate a whole apple by themselves which was fun to see.  After we were done picking apples, the girls got to go in a play area where they sat in a big pile of corn!  This was their favorite part there and when we left we were finding corn everywhere!  We had a great time and can't wait to go back again!

The girls recently started playing with playdoh and loved it!  It is fun to do activities with the girls now that they are older.   Each girl enjoyed a different part of the play doh pieces.  Ella really like the gingerbread man play doh cutter and Savanna liked using the rolling pin!    I look forward to trying some more activities this fall!

I had to get a picture of the girls in this cute outfit. What better way to get two year olds to take a picture then give them a sucker!  It is becoming more difficult to get their picture and the sucker for sure came in handy.  This is the second time they have ever had one and they loved it!

We went to Catigny Gardens last week!  They have one of the most beautiful garden areas I have seen!  The girls really enjoyed walking/running around the gardens.  They like looking at all of the beautiful flowers there.  Their favorite part was walking around the many paths full of flowers like the last picture.  I got some really nice pics of the girls that I wanted to share.
