First Birthday Photo Shoot!

Here are my favorite pictures from Addison's first birthday photo shoot with Teeny Turtle Photography.  She did so well and we really got some good ones.  Of course I was acting like a clown trying to make her smile but even the pictures without a smile are precious too!  I'm going to have a hard time choosing which pictures to get.  There is more to come still.  We didn't do her cake smash pics yet so to be continued...

To celebrate your actual birthday we went to the train restaurant that we usually go to with the twins.  You got really excited watching the trains go back and fourth.  You especially loved the train that delivered the food because you got a first row seat to seeing it.  Your lunch consisted of your favorite pouch and some baby puffs which you can never seem to get enough of!  Then the train brought you your first cupcake for dessert!  You dive into with your fingers touching the frosting but weren't quite sure what to do with it.  I put some of it on my finger for you to try and you kinda made a face like this it was too sweet but that didn't stop you from trying some more.  After lunch was over you enjoyed sitting on the train for a ride and looking at the train display in the front of the restaurant.  As soon as we got into the van you fell asleep immediately from all the fun!  Later that evening we put a party hat on and sang to you again. We had a fun day celebrating your birthday and are looking forward to many more birthdays with you!  We love you sweet baby Addison!!!

Addison at one year old:
You weigh 17 pounds, you wear size 9 month clothes but are starting to wear some 12 months clothes, you wear a size 2 1/2 shoe (little peanut!)
You are starting to crawl!!!
You have learned how to clap your hands, so adorable
You can hold onto something and stand without support, you are also starting to let go and stand by yourself
You can go between crawling position and sitting position with ease
You say mama, dada, baba
You have two teeth on the bottom coming in
You can drink out of a straw cup
You eat some table food like avocados and bananas we are starting slow with easy foods until you get more teeth
You still take two naps a day
You sleep well at night, usually around 10 1/2 to 11 hours!
Happy Birthday to our littlest love, Addison!  Our peanut is one, how can that be?!  This year went by so fast and we have enjoyed you so much  You are such a loveable, affectionate, happy baby and we couldn't be happier that you are ours!  Love you to the moon and back sweetie!!!

Our Halloween activities are coming to a close with today.  Happy Halloween to all!  We first celebrated the day at daddy's work to drop off lunch and show off our costumes.  Then we went to the mall for some trick or treating.  It was so cold, windy and snowy that we decided to celebrate our Halloween a little differently.  It was nice the girls still got to join in the Halloween fun even though the weather didn't cooperate.  After the mall we went home and the twins enjoyed a few treats before dinner.  Then once bedtime hit they fell asleep right away!  It was fun day as always.  I always love to see the girls in their costumes and our littlest one in her first costume.  Happy Halloween!
