Chippey and Snowflake are BACK!

We are happy to see Chippey back again but are very excited to have Snowflake here too for the entire Christmas season!  Of course our elves brought back the traditional North Pole breakfast that was delicious!  We love when our elves come to visit and can't wait for the Christmas season to begin!

Baking Christmas Cookies!

The girls enjoyed baking Christmas cookies this year at Aunt Deanna's house.  Even Addie got into the fun and the eating part of course too!  We usually bake several different kinds but the kids usually love to do the sugar cookies the best!  Each year the twins get more patience for decorating each year and this year they really took their time with it.  It was a fun day filled with frosting and delight!  I always look forward to creating this memory with the girl each year!  Love their smiles!!!

Kindergarten Christmas Performance!

 

The twins did a wonderful job at their school Christmas performance!  They really enjoy Kindergarten and their time with their new friends.  For this performance they sang about seven songs and each twin had a special part.  Savanna was a sleeping child and Ella was a Dancing Snowflake.  They were just adorable up there and could sing every song word for word.  Such a fun way to get into the Christmas spirit!

 

Christmas Dance Parent Viewing!

The twins had their Christmas Parent Viewing this December!  They perform both a tap and ballet number to Rocking Around the Christmas Tree and Where Are You Christmas!  Savanna only performed the ballet number and then became shy where Ella performed both.  They both are improving so much in their dancing and really look forward to going each week.  They will be having another recital this year and I can't wait to see what they do!!! 

St. Nick!

We were up really early this morning anticipating St. Nick coming.  I can only imagine what Christmas morning will be like?!  We put out our shoes and found a surprise when we awoke and of course had to spot the new location of our elf.  Luckly everyone was wide awake around the same time so we could open our presents and not have to wait.  They were very happy with their presents and wanted to use them right away!  So before 7am we were in the full swing of playing.  Happy St. Nick!

Gingerbread House!

 The twins did all the decorating this year by themselves!  I just helped with the frosting part.  So much fun!!!

Chippey is Back!

Our "Elf on the shelf," Chippey is back!  The twins couldn't wait for him to come and were counting down the days.  Chippey kicked off the holiday season with the annual North Pole breakfast!  Yum, yum!  He also got each twin a Christmas stuffed kitty and coloring book.  Addison received a mickey holiday coloring book and some new Christmas mini books.  Since he showed up he has been in all sorts of situations.  From building a snowman out of toilet paper to taking a bubble bath in marshmallows to even riding a horse.  He is a busy elf and word has it he may be bringing a girl elf from the North Pole at some point.  The twins have been really been asking for one.  They already have a name picked out (snowflake).  So excited the holiday season is here!!!
